Founded by CA Amit Katyal, a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of industry experience, Bookeepers & More has grown into a robust team of 33 finance professionals, including Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and Accountants. Our headquarters is in Gurgaon, with additional offices in **Delhi, Ambala, and Jaipur*. Our Accounts Receivable division, led by Kunal Soni, focuses on automation, debtor reconciliation, and optimizing collection processes. With a dedicated team of accountants and experienced call center agents, we streamline the accounts receivable function by leveraging our in-house technology and expertise. Kunal, who brings 15 years of experience in revenue management, oversees operations from our Gurgaon office to ensure each client receives timely, effective support.

Invoicy provides live status updates, turnaround time tracking, and cash flow forecasting, allowing businesses to have real-time visibility into their collections. This tool is integrated with *WhatsApp, email, and an audio bot*, ensuring that 95% of client communications are automated. Exceptional cases are managed by our trained call center agents, specialized in debtor reconciliations and follow-ups. Currently, Invoicy outputs to Excel, but we are developing an enhanced BI interface that will connect directly to the Invoicy database, giving clients access to live reporting and detailed insights.
