Who We Are

Founded by CA Amit Katyal, a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of industry experience, Bookeepers & More has grown into a robust team of 33 finance professionals, including Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and Accountants. Our headquarters is in Gurgaon, with additional offices in **Delhi, Ambala, and Jaipur*. Together, we bring a wealth of expertise and dedication, delivering reliable and innovative financial services that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Our Accounts Receivable division, led by Kunal Soni, focuses on automation, debtor reconciliation, and optimizing collection processes. With a dedicated team of accountants and experienced call center agents, we streamline the accounts receivable function by leveraging our in-house technology and expertise. Kunal, who brings 15 years of experience in revenue management, oversees operations from our Gurgaon office to ensure each client receives timely, effective support.

Our Innovation: Invoicy

Tozen Professional Advisors is proud to introduce InvoicY, a workflow management tool exclusively designed for efficient invoice tracking and collections management. InvoicY tracks every invoice across three key milestones:

1. Invoice Acknowledgement & Acceptance
2. Accounting as a Liability
3. Payments

Invoicy provides live status updates, turnaround time tracking, and cash flow forecasting, allowing businesses to have real-time visibility into their collections. This tool is integrated with *WhatsApp, email, and an audio bot*, ensuring that 95% of client communications are automated. Exceptional cases are managed by our trained call center agents, specialized in debtor reconciliations and follow-ups. Currently, Invoicy outputs to Excel, but we are developing an enhanced BI interface that will connect directly to the Invoicy database, giving clients access to live reporting and detailed insights.

CEO

Mr. Ajay Tiwari is a Chartered Accountant with around 15 years of diverse experience in overall corporate finance. In his previous stint, he headed the Treasury Function at DEN Networks for a decade. DEN Networks is one of the country's leading providers of cable television. It is listed on NSE & BSE and was acquired by the Reliance Group in 2018. Prior to DEN, Mr. Ajay worked with PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coopers) in their Audit Division.
His expertise spans across:

Dinesh Arora

Mentor & Advisor

Mr Arora, an accomplished Banker with a Career spanning 36+ years in Commercial Banking, is one of the key Partners and Strategist with Bookeepers & More. He has Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Advising (IIBF), CISA & CIA certifications.
He started his long innings at State bank of India and led the 1st ever total branch automation project in Public Sector Banks (1993) and further introduced an objectively measurable Credit monitoring mechanism to prevent delinquencies in his previous assignment.
He has led several positions in Indian Banking Industry encompassing Strategy Planning, Financial Management, Credit & Risk Management, IT Governance and Corporate Governance etc.
Mr Arora has now embarked upon his entrepreneurial journey with an advisory firm / Co @ DWTC Free Zone, Dubai & in Delhi, India. Has been making selective seed investments, incubating, mentoring & advising fintechs & startups.

Deepti Gupta

Head - Accounting

Ms Deepti Gupta is an Accounting Partner in Bookeepers & More, responsible for managing the accounting vertical of startups and SME sector. She along with her team are responsible for accounting & compliance of our Clients operations. This includes but is not limited to compliances, web -based accounting portal, reporting and controlling.
A Qualified Post Graduate in Finance from Delhi University, she specializes in multiple web-based accounting platforms ranging from SAP, Align books, QuickBooks, PeopleSoft & Tally. Prior to joining Bookeepers & More, Deepti has worked in accounting domain for 9 years with MNC's namely ABB Ltd and Turner International India Private Limited.
